In the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return or exchange the piece(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The piece must be returned in mint condition and will have to be inspected upon return with the same consultant who sold it to you. Should you send your artwork back to us via courier, Images in Frames will not be liable for loss or damage. We suggest using an appropriate art transportation service.

We work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase before it has left the gallery however, you are entitled cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for store credit (of equal value). We will not pay for the transportation cost but simply refund you the total amount paid for the artwork.
Please be aware, should you have a piece framed at the gallery, we cannot refund you the framing cost as each frame is bespoke and made to order. Our consultants spend time discussing and finding you the perfect frame for your piece. Should you be unhappy with your frame, we suggest you call the gallery and speak to the consultant who took your order.
